You took a fine public space and made it over into an elegant dining room for 400 is almost no time whatsoever. The appetizers were beautiful to behold, and lovely start to a great night. Dinner was absolutely delicious and served by a pleasant, helpful and accommodating staff. My parishioners and friends are still raving about the evening.
