I find it necessary that I contact you to inform you of how pleased we were with our event held at the Irish Heritage Center on 12/10/05. It was our Hospital Christmas party, and we had approx 200 guests. Many, many people have contacted me to say how great the event was. This note of appreciation is somewhat slow to arrive, but is most sincere. Thank you so much, Earl, for creating such an incredible menu for Jack Kahl's retirement celebration. The hors d'oeuvres looked fabulous, and tasted even better than fabulous. And the assortment was excellent, something for everyone's taste.
I know you and I were both disappointed to see many people leave after the program. However, I can tell you that those who enjoyed the fare were quick to tell everyone the following Monday how wonderful everything was. I think quite a few who left early regretted their decision to do so.
Earl, working with you was very enjoyable, and your imagination and food presentation is super. Thanks for everything you did to make this event memorable. Also, I send both my and Manco's wishes to you and your family for a lovely holiday and a happy and healthy 2001.

I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful reception on Oct. 28. You have a wonderful staff - Sherry was always helpful on the phone. Lucy was so pleasant during dinner and Paul McHugh at midnight when we were looking for the cake topper.
The hall looked so nice and I thank you for making the cake table so elegant with the fern and baby breath.
You had many, many compliments on the food - the beef was excellent - and how efficient your staff was in serving so many in such a short time.
