How far in advance do I need
to reserve my date?
Weddings typically book 6-12
months in advance. Corporate events usually have a shorter lead time. We
suggest reserving your date as soon as it is confirmed. Summer weekends and
dates in December fill very quickly.
How far in advance do I need
to submit my menu for an event?
In order for us to ensure the
availability of all your chosen items, your menu selections should be
submitted at least a week before your event.
When do I need to call with
my final number of people?
Please confirm the number of
guests that will attend your event 14 days prior to the function. This number
will be considered a guarantee and charges will be assessed accordingly. If
you don't call with a guest count-which is your responsibility-we will use
the original number expected as the guaranteed number of guests.
Are prices guaranteed or
might they go up after I've planned my event?
Just like everything in life,
our prices are subject to change. But once you have a signed a contract,
we'll guarantee your price.
Can we accommodate
vegetarians and clients with allergies?
To the best of our ability we
will try to accommodate you and your guests requests. Special menu requests
and allergy concerns should be notified to our chef at least one week prior
to your event.
Can you customize menus or do
we have to order off the published menu?
Our chef would be delighted to
create a customized menu for you. When you contact us, let us know that you
are interested in getting creative!
Is there a charge for cutting
the cake?
We include complimentary cake
cutting and boxing services. If you want to serve the cake as dessert, there
will be an additional per plate cost.
